Soul Retrieval for Autism

You can see it in their eyes — your child is here, but not fully here.

Maybe it's the way they drift — present in the room but somewhere far away. Maybe it's the sense that no matter what you try, you can't quite reach them. Not because they don't want to connect, but because a part of them isn't fully anchored in their body.

That feeling you have? It's not your imagination. And it has a name.

Soul retrieval is the practice of bringing back the parts of the soul that have separated from the body — and for autistic children, it may be one of the most important and overlooked pieces of the healing puzzle.

What Is Soul Retrieval?

All people experience some degree of soul loss at some time in their lives. You may already be familiar with the concept — psychology calls it dissociation.

At any moment in our lives when we feel too overwhelmed to fully process the emotions of an experience, a part of our soul essence — our spiritual essence — unconsciously separates from our physical and energetic body. It's a protective mechanism. We no longer have to feel what feels too big in that moment.

But when that part leaves, it creates an empty space in our energy field. We are no longer whole. And that space doesn't stay empty — it begins to attract negative energy that matches the frequency of the original emotion that was pushed away. Over time, that emotion gets amplified through relationships and life experiences, until the person eventually heals that part of themselves.

Soul retrieval is the process of finding those separated parts and calling them back — restoring wholeness to the energy field, the nervous system, and the sense of self.

Common experiences that cause soul loss include trauma, accidents, surgery, crisis, early childhood stress, and relationship conflict. Alcohol, drugs, and even prescription medications can trigger soul loss, as these substances support dissociation and suppression of emotion.

Why Soul Retrieval Is Important in Autism

Autistic children often have a higher level, intensity, and complexity of soul loss than the typical population.

Birth trauma, toxins, heavy metals, electromagnetic stress, anxiety, and stressful situations can all contribute — and a sensitive nervous system means these stressors can hit harder.

You may have heard occupational therapists talk about interoception — a child feeling less connected to their physical body. In part, this can be because the soul is not fully present in the body.

  1. Interoception is the sense that tells us what's happening inside our body — hunger, thirst, pain, temperature, emotion, heartbeat, needing the bathroom.

  2. Many autistic children have a weakened or unclear interoceptive sense — the signals are there but they can't feel or interpret them as clearly.

  3. This explains so much — the meltdowns that "come out of nowhere," not noticing hunger until they're in crisis, not feeling pain, emotional overwhelm with no warning.

  4. It's not behavioral — it's neurological and energetic. Soul retrieval addresses the energetic root of the soul not being fully anchored in the body.

If your child seems disconnected, overwhelmed, or unreachable in a way that feels deeper than behavior — soul retrieval may be exactly where to look.

What Happens In A Soul Retrieval Session?

Sessions are held online via video call and last one hour.

We begin by talking — I listen deeply and help you clarify what you'd like to focus on. From there, I use my clairvoyance to assess your child's energy field, looking for where soul parts have separated, where they've gone, and what emotions or patterns are connected to the loss.

Together we call back the missing soul parts, work through any emotional patterns connected to the loss, and support the soul energy to fully return and integrate into the body.

Your child does not need to be present. I can work on their energy field whether they're in the room, napping, or playing in another part of the house.

We close with time to talk through what came up and what to watch for as the healing continues to unfold.

Signs Your Child May Benefit From Soul Retrieval

Your child may benefit from soul retrieval if they:

  • Seem present in the room but somewhere far away

  • Have difficulty feeling connected to their body — hunger, pain, temperature, emotion

  • Experienced birth trauma, early childhood stress, or any emotional event they haven't processed

  • Have been exposed to heavy metals, toxins, or chemicals

  • Seem unreachable during moments of overwhelm or meltdown

  • Struggle with a persistent sense of disconnection

  • Have experienced a sudden shift in behavior or presence after a stressful event

  • Seem to drift between this world and somewhere else

What to Expect from the Healing Process

Soul retrieval is powerful — but it's not a one-session fix.

Some shifts are immediate and obvious. Others unfold quietly over days or weeks. Sometimes things surface before they settle — old emotions, new behaviors, or temporary regression. This is a normal part of integration.

Soul retrieval can also have several layers and dimensions. Success depends on the willingness to look truthfully at the patterns that caused the soul loss to occur. What seemed devastating at age three no longer needs to be feared — but it does need to be faced with compassion.

Courage brings deeper and faster healing. The moment we face the original emotion, there is nothing keeping that soul part away from us anymore.

Soul retrieval works best alongside other layers of healing — diet, emotional support, nervous system care, and medical guidance when needed. It is not a replacement for these things. It is the missing piece that makes everything else work deeper.

Your Child's Soul Is Ready to Come Home

You don't need to understand every layer of how this works. You just need to trust what you already feel — that there's a deeper part of your child waiting to be reached.

Soul retrieval is how we reach it.
