I Found This Path Because My Son Needed Me To

When nothing else worked for my son and I was drowning in grief, anxiety, and pain, I turned to the only thing I had left - my spirit.

I was doing a healing session for my son when he was 6 years old. There was a force that was blocking the healing we needed. I stood up, left the room, and walked outside where I faced Atlin Mountain. I called on the mountain and the universe to bring us the power and energy we needed. A wave of energy came rushing towards me. I was given the power to face everything that was blocking us — the pain, emotional darkness, and energy that had been holding us back.

In that moment, I became a Spiritual Mama Grizzly Bear Warrior. By standing in my power and facing the darkness, I overcame the emotional and spiritual barriers that can block healing.

Today my son is calm, content, and thriving, and I am here to be that Spiritual Mama Bear for any other families that need me.

Why Energy Healing Matters In Autism

Autistic people often have sensitive nervous systems and are more influenced by energy. We all have an energetic field that consists of the 7 major chakras and 7 layers of our aura. This energetic field holds blocks that directly affect the nervous system, sleep, digestion, our emotional and mental state, and all aspects of the physical body.

Many autistic brains operate at higher frequencies and are tuned in to energy more than the physical world. Some people believe this is because they are here to raise the frequencies of humanity and the planet. My son came to this world with a huge spiritual mission, and needed energy healers to help him as he was carrying more than his nervous system could handle. There are many different reasons why autistic people may need extra support to process spiritual energies.

Holistic healing honours every layer of the physical and energetic bodies. Diet, sleep, gut-brain inflammation, emotions, relationships, and the energetic body are all important in autism. The deepest shifts happen when we look at the whole picture.

Healing isn't instant or linear. Some families feel shifts right away, but healing is a lifelong journey. My role is to help you see the full picture — and to help release energetic blocks so the body can harmonize itself naturally.

What Happens During An Energy Healing Session?

Sessions are online on a video call. You can book a session for yourself or for your child — both matter on this path.

I start by being fully present with you and listening. What do you need most in this moment? What does your child need most right now? If you're not sure, that's okay — I'll help you get clear.

Once we have a focus, I look clairvoyantly at the energy field from a high frequency of unconditional love. I observe blockages and patterns of how energy is flowing in the chakras. I check for what is blocking deeper harmony and balance within the body, nervous system, and energy field. Sometimes parts of the soul or spirit have disconnected and need to be brought back.

For children's sessions, your child can be on the call but they don't have to be. Because I'm clairvoyant, I can see and work with your child's energy field just as clearly through you. If your child wishes to be present this is wonderful even if they are non-verbal; we will connect higher self to higher self.

From here, I draw on over a dozen healing modalities and hundreds of protocols to match exactly what's needed in that moment. No two sessions look the same. I follow my client's higher self for guidance on what order things to need to heal and balance. Each body and soul has its own pace, rhythm, and preferences for healing.

We release what's blocking the highest potential, and reconnect with energy, gifts, and strengths. We balance the chakras and auric field around whatever goal you're working toward.

I share what I see as we go along, and again at the end. We take time for integration at the end. I can give you things to work on yourself after the session for deeper integration if desired.
